*nods* leora, you're missing the initial # in your href attribute for a handful of things in the guide, not just that one. the links won't work properly if you don't have the #

also, you're missing the dd/dt tags for the first few things in your glossary

Where can I find that section? It hinted it would explain the support and points system more. I am still unclear about what it means when an old support request says 10 points...do awarded go up the longer they are open? I thought the sooner you replied the more points...

I'm told you no longer need to enter text to change cats. Which would be nice for I2s to know, so they don't look like idiots like me, who actually wrote "G/Unk to Web" in the comment field, yielding:

Changing from general --> web-ui

G/Unk to Web.
