Do not give Support for things outside of the domain of LiveJournal. We can't Support everything. As such, if something falls outside the domain of LiveJournal, inform the user and try to give them a pointer of where to go to. Such as with complex HTML, suggest they do a web search with their favorite search engine for "HML tutorial" or similar phrases.

Not sure if it was deliberate or not, but you miss a T in what you have to search for.

Oops, will fix.
Sadly, I don't have easy access to a spell-checker. But I figure that before it goes live, editing and checking will happen. :) Thank you for catching this.

GREAT job with the Guide, Leora.

I found one mistake that hasn't been addressed, so far:

Then make an email with the URLs to each request in that filter. Include your username and whether you have any privs in that category, and if so, which privs. If you have any specific questions about some of the requests, include those as well, that way the reviewer can address them.

After "include those as well," you should use a semicolon rather than a comma.

Are you sure? I don't see how:
If you have any specific questions about some of the requests

could be a full sentence in its own right.

and wouldn't:
Include questions you have, if you have any specific questions about some fo the requests.

be a comma?

Definitely a semicolon:

"If you have any specific questions about some of the requests, include those as well, that way the reviewer can address them."

should become

"If you have any specific questions about some of the requests, include those as well; that way the reviewer can address them."

("If you have any specific questions about some of the requests, include those as well" is essentially a complete sentence, as is "that way the reviewer can address them.")
