Can the sidebar in the Chameleon style be moved to the left/right or is it available only as a footer as shown here? Thanks in advance.

Скажите, а как пользоваться ссылками?

Заполняю "Список ссылок", Заголовок/адрес UR; потом сохраняю, всё как положено -- но на странице ничего не появляется.
Помогите разобраться. Благодарю!

I'm trying desperately to figure out my own coding/layout and running into some serious roadblocks (I also haven't done this for AGES, which doesn't help).

Where can I find coding help specific for Chameleon AND how to implement that code? I'm so rusty it's frightening.
