Sorry for yet another comment... but since the deleting and re-backing up entries was wonky for me, I decided to delete my whole backup and start over.

In the new backup I made, about 1/8 of my entries are missing.

Their titles and moods show up, but the text is gone. Totally gone.

What should I do? Re-download the tool and start all over again?

I like the program, it's a great idea. But when I try to download my entries, I get the error:

ERROR DOWNLOADING ENTRY! "Data sent from LJ was corrupt"

Any idea's...? Thanks in advance :)

I have the same problem - I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but it always says "data sent from LJ was corrupt" every time I try to download my entries.

Could anyone suggest what to do?

Thank you so much!

nice tool! really good and convenient.

just a question, for comments downloading, does it take general (default) server settings or my customized settings?
the thing is that I wan't to backup journal from other server. I successfully backup my posts, but for comments it gave login error...
