Ficus Beginner

does anyone happen to have any experience with Ficus Benjamina Variegata?

I'm new to bonsai and I've got four going, but any pruning and fertilizing advice would be helpful

Ficus are good to play with. The problem with this plant is the leaf size. I have one and there really is little that can be done about the leaves, just way out of proportion to anything small. Mine is 1/2 meter tall, and even so they are too big. You should look for Ficus Nerifolia (narrow leaf fig). The leaves are only about an inch long.
