Searching for help with Spiritual Abuse

I have come to a point in my life where I am needing help with what i feel is spiritual abuse, from an extreme right wing, fundamentalist point of view. That may not be wrong for everyone but for me it has really hampered my view on life and my ability to deal with everything that has happened to me so far and leaves me feeling very trapped. So in

Thanks for the reply, truth be told I have been doing a lot of reading in this group for several months and felt it was time to get a bit more involved. I am not embarassed or anything to flesh out my concerns or the nature of the abuse but its pretty much the same as anyone else who has been force fed a philosophy by an individual or a group that they can not believe in, or as you said, rings true in their heart. Only recently, after having become friends IRL with a local group of pagans have i begun to find myself and the only fear i have is that my blood family will shun me or worse, try to evangelize me like before. Its a sad state that people could become so blind to another's teaching they fail to learn the real truth of religious history and see the hundres of paralells between every religion.
