Glad to see I am not the only one looking forward to the lunar eclipse. I am doing a ritual for prosperity and success tommorow night involving Bast and Isis. The lunar eclipse is a time when the power of the new moon and the full moon are at one, so I am involving both a New Moon and a Full Moon Goddess. I am really excited, and I know it will be a great night, hope you have fun too!! welcome!

Wow that sounds fantastic! I'm excited for you! I hope your ritual goes wonderfully! Tell me how it went, would you? I was thinking of doing something involving a bonfire, but I'm still not sure. Oh well, I'll figure something out. Many blessings, and thank you for the welcome! ^.^

I've tried a couple times to make a BOS but it never really worked out. I always kind of felt silly doing it because it reminded me of all those fiction books/movies/tv shows about the witch and her magic book.

I suppose I could go through all my many journals, extract the spiritual stuff, and enter it into one book. Maybe an LJ.

HEy you know what I might do that.

Yeah I know what you're saying. I've got a million notebooks filled with random mind spills and little things I picked up and enjoyed enough to save. I decided I wanted to organize it all, though [my notebooks are an OCD person's worst nightmare], and ended up with lots of different random things [recipes for homemade lotions, incense, ect.] that I want to make sure don't end up getting lost in all the pages of nonsense, so I figured - make my own little BOS to keep it all in. I'm really drawn to notebooks and the like, so it's something very, very special that I'm looking forward to. ^.^

hey there! it is turning out to be an awesome community (thanks everyone) i'm pretty sure i've seen you in another community and i look forward to your posts.

i've tried starting one but it hasn't really gone anywhere. i'm thinking about getting a new notebook and trying again soon.
