Charm 1.9.1

I've released Charm 1.9.1. It's available for download via SourceForge.
This is purely a maintenance release, consisting nearly solely of user requests. The changes:

• Tags, picture keywords, and journals are now displayed in columns.
• If adding a social bookmark fails, you will be prompted for a retry.
• If your locale default encoding is UTF8

Thanks for the update! I sometimes use a bit of Korean in my posts and having Charm be UTF8-friendly is very helpful.
