It's interesting how all the articles have that some positive energy (written by journalists?).
I didn't participate this year. Too much going on with what I'm already writing. I've found that a Nanowrimo produces 3-4 ideas of nuggety goodness which can be safely extracted for a sunny day and the rest can be parked at the back of the hard drive.
I keep toying with the idea of trying my hand at this, but the time demand is daunting. My personal life is currently rather difficult, so I couldn't even consider it this year.
I am glad you enjoyed this! I used to work for that particular paper as a graphic artist and, yes, the article was written by journalists who appreciate the author's art.
