How do you have time for a baby, work, fandom/Tumblr..? I feel like I need to use my time more effectively, in comparison!

I "manage" by slipping on one thing or the other all the time, haha. So for instance I was catching up on work over the weekend because last week was consumed with watching the baby and also with Tumblr. I'm such a mess XD
