Have any of you seen I, Robot? Do you think that it could have been a prequel to The Matrix?

Yep, I've seen it: I even have a "Roger Ebert-worthy" (according to a friend of mine) review of it on my diary ( ... )

I agree. There were quite a few similarities to all those movies. Basically, machines take over the world and humans, having their superiority complex, want to get rid of things they can't seem to live without. I didn't really think it was much of a prequel. It could have been. See this guy's review that's where the idea came from, I'm just playing around with it now.
