I'd imagine you are a fresman or new student so:

You have a meeting with your advisor, your class picture, a class meeting, a comedian/speaker, time to chill. When you get there on the 28th, they'll give you a schedule of things you have to go to over the next few days. it really doesn't leave much free time if I remember correctly.
