A40: Destroyed Laboratory

This room was obviously devastated by an explosion. Scorch marks adorn the walls and whatever furniture once adorned the place is in shards. Here and there you can make out what appears to be part of a table or the leg of a stool, but otherwise the destruction is complete.

The door to this room is partly open, hanging by one hinge.

Lugh cautiously makes his way to the center of the room watching for drats and flocts.

Although, the door is broken, what is left of it it jammed in the doorway. A smaller person might be able to squeeze through the gap, but Lugh cannot.

Okay, Lugh will try to force the door open further if he can.

Strength 9+3=12

Straining, Lugh says to the other, "A little help?"

"Okay, it looks like we've played these rooms out. Let's see what else we can find. Looking at the map that was thankfully supplied by ... wait, who's is this? Oh well, never mind. Looking at the map, I suggest we investigate this hallway with the two northern doors."

Lugh point to the hallway due west of this four-room area, the nothern most hallway that has been mapped, with doors to the north on either end of the hallway.

If there are no complaints, he will head to that hallway.

That area represents the area north of A30 that you guys investigated before nausea overtook the party. You're free to make another attempt, but I just thought I'd warn you.

"Oh, right, that was the place that smelled like Clangeddin's armpits. However, this seems like a very interesting place to investigate. Can anyone think of a good way for us to block the smell and be able to function enough to see what is in this area? Does anyone have any perfume or something else that would smell strong (but not cause us to pass out)?"
