Hi-I just downloaded LJ-Sec yesterday in the hopes of deleting some mass journal entries. It seemed to install just fine, but when I try to open the program I get the error message

My only other suggestion is to try running the program in XP compatibility mode.
(Unfortunately that error message is not helpful at all to me -- thanks, Microsoft, for hiding any technical details a developer could use to solve the problem! Maybe the event viewer has some details...)

i changed my password and had auto login checked. now it wont stop trying to auto login. So I can't type in my new password. Is there anything I can do?
