Potbelly sandwich shop has apparently opened. I saw this place under construction a few weeks ago, and they're finally open. This was one of the scant highlights of vising MDW, and now I don't have to suffer through air travel to get it! Woot!

Yeah, a lot of things in Seattle do have odd and frustrating hours *cough*Salumi*cough*. Or are you just in town on late nights and Mondays?
