ok i am SO pissed because my ipod broke AGAIN! if reformatting the entire fucking thing and putting all of my songs back on ISN'T ENOUGH, then WHAT THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO DO! this piece of shit wasn't worth any of my money. actually, you can do something. I know for mine you have to hold the menu button and the select button for like 5 seconds, and it will shut off, but it might be different for yours. They have some info on the Apple sight. Thats happened to mine to. I almost had a heart-attack thinking about my ipod screwing up.

believe me i've tried everything thats on the damn apple site and its completely frozen, like it won't respond to anything. ughhhhhhhh. my ipod just really hates me this is the third time it's happened.

I've had the same problem and its really not so bad. The iPod will just run out of battery but it wont mess it up at all. Since that incident its never happened to me again (and that was in like december).
