Book Recommendations

Now that I've happily been re-connected with my ever growing "Books to Read" list I do notice it is a bit outdated and lacking in new content. This is where you come in dear fellow bibliophiles;

Can anyone suggest a few of their favorite reads from 2009?

The Graveyard Book Neil Gaiman (and I am not a typical "loves everything he writes" fan)

Her Fearful Symmetry Audrey Niffenegger

And Now You Can Go Vendela Vida

The Geography of Bliss Eric Weiner (NF)

My favorite book of 2009 was The Seas by Samantha Hunt, but it is very strange and definitely not for everyone - dark, odd, watery.

My mom recommended The Graveyard Book as well, said she was pleasantly surprised by it.

Thank you!

Lamb - the gospel as told by Christ's childhood pal, Biff
Stiff - Mary Roach
And
The Ceremonies - T.E.D. Klein (dark, dark, dark. But good!)
