that was a very interesting journal entry. It sounds like it's poetry and your heart + mind working together as one. I'm sure you'll become a great leader for your clan, and i can't wait for the day i join it. As for chris, yeah i do owe him an apollogy for what i wrote to him in the email message. When the past echoes, now you know how i feel. It constantly bothers/invades your mind and somehow tries to break you until you crack. You should do what i do, which is to try to block it out and hopes it doesn't continue to bother you. Maybe it can help and maybe it can't, but there's no way of knowing for sure until you try.
