Christmas drabble

The Christmas tree is tall and green, and has shiny glass balls, angels, candy canes, little teddies and santas. There are boxes, big and small, beautifully gift-wrapped under it.

Ginji is positively glowing, eyes wide and gaping in awe. He looks like a five-year-old now.

But you said we didn’t have money, Ginji thinks, but does not say.
