I can't pick a single moment so I included a BUNCH!!!
OMG
I can't pick a single one! Arashi no Shukudai-kun ran for 178 episodes and about 90% of those episodes contain at least one single scene where I would have spurted water out of my nose.
So, because I say so.. I will list my top 5. In no particular order!!!

Come on, even my dad had a fit when he watched this one. XDDD I remember watching it for the first time and I swear I cried so much from laughing. I think I fell off my chair laughing too.. like Aiba. XD

I think for this one it's not a moment but the entire episode itself. I watched this with my whole family and during Aiba and Ohno's caterpillar race, I swear, my whole family fell off our sofa laughing. It doesn't help that my mom's ichi-ban is Aiba and my dad's in Ohno so they were going against each other. XD
*caterpillar crawl, caterpillar crawl, caterpillar crawl.. hits Ohno's crotch.. "Ouch"... caterpillar crawl, caterpillar crawl*
Can I also point out that even though Sho is 100% fail when it comes to everything athletic stuff, his Jumping Gestures is THE BEST!
And Nino... Nino.. XD Poor kid really get 'sick' easily. LOL @ the bat spinning relay. I thought his little "KU~" was too cute.
