wtf am I going to do?! I need my fix, man. I only had about three issues worth to go.

I should read it. I have a copy sitting in my room but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I probably wont see the movie until it's out on DVD anyway but I'd like to read it so I can talk about it with my friends who will be seeing it in theaters.

You should. It's every bit as good as everyone says it is. Surprisingly so. And especially if you'll be discussing it with people who are going to see it in theaters right away. I honestly cannot think of any way that Zack Snyder's alternate ending could do any justice to the story.

I am so not even excited about the movie anymore because there is no possible way it could ever live up to the book. (But I'll still go and watch it because it'll be fucking pretty. And because Jeffrey Dean Morgan as The Comedian gives me a girl boner, I won't lie.)
