Uggh, YES he is. BOTH VERSIONS. (Would sex between Nimoy-Spock and Quinto-Spock be like... masturbation, incest, or just sex? Whatever. It would be totally hot no matter what.)

see, i never watched the original series, so i am not really familiar with nemoy's spock. i trust your hotness judgment, though, so, yes, i would definitely be up for some spock-on-spock action!
