Oh Japan

What the heck! It's been snowing, sleeting and hailing for two days straight and oh Japan Japan I may never understand. WHY are there sprinklers on in the middle of all the streets as it is snowing and sleeting and hailing

yeah, I imagine something of the sort, I knew it was of course for the snow it was just really strange to see sprinklers going off in the streets and it was really annoying that I had to walk through the flood from the sprinklers. Like everyone says here, that it's great for the cars but it's terrible for the people who are walking.
