 my dog went completely blind today... just 10 minutes after i had a nightmare.....

did i piss off karma? or something??

my poor puppy doesnt deserve this :(

she keeps bumping into walls... and i dont know what to do....

That's so sad. I've known people this has happened to before. You just kind of have to leave her be a little bit, but also spend a lot of time reassuring her with treats and cuddling.
A friend of mine used to guide her dog around corners by calling the dog once, saying "good boy" and then calling him again from a different angle to get him used to turning corners by sound.

yeah, shes doing a little better :( but shes still just so sad ....
