i know what you mean. i should be cutting all contact from my ex as well, but holy hell, it's tough.

yeah. it sucks actually.... this morning i felt guilty.... is taht bad? i jus don understand why i feel this guilty???? i did it because i needed to.... maybe i dont need to now??? but then im afraid ill have another relapse.... ugh what do i do???
