What a ... unique taste you've discovered!
I know that I've had Yamamotoyama teriyaki nori before. It may have been as long ago as San Francisco, but somehow... I don't remember it tasting something like... rose petals and shrimp. ... I think I would remember that.
It's not that bad, but it's certainly not the taste sensation I'm looking for when I want nori.

That's a very nice offer. I think I'll be okay, though? I opened the other container of it and that tasted fine. Still, I've got the bulk of a "family size" container of the weird batch. I wonder... how can batches vary that much? And how can one be certain not to get a weird one?
