Ten billion years late I actually get to see this (apiphile has been teasing me with talk of fanart the whole time I've been on holiday with no LJ-access. EVIL):

AHHHHHHHHHHH THAT FUCKING PICTURE. I'm sorry, I can't even make proper words about it. The TEXT the overwhelming, crushing feeling of the huge words and Vicky-T CRAWLING OUT FROM UNDER THEM to get HER BAT. This is both BEAUTIFUL (LOOKIT HER CLOTHEESSSS. And her HANDS. And the fact that, weirdly, it sticks to the B&W theme with the heavy dark crosshatching (... that is the wrong word. Watch me fail at art. I mean. Like the her skirt, that) that strangecreature started, which makes it very Thursday-y, to me, since that's apparently How Thursday Art Is Done or something.

NO DUDE, THANK YOU. It's so fun to be on the sidelines of this verse while it's growing. I am so excited for whatever's next... it's like, irresponsible. TOO EXCITED! I also cannot not see all of what's happening in the "real" world of bandom through this slightly grimy Thursday-verse filter? Ha ha? Which makes media appearances reeeeally really entertaining to me? Yeah, anyway....
