I feel quite guilty.
Let me start - the last 5 days I've been on an extreme diet, I've eaten nothing but cereal and fruit and worked out on our new cross-trainer till it almost killed me, great!, you might be thinking.....I just ruined it...I ate half a bag or doritos.....now I feel awful....time to work out again me thinks! -
