So I accidentally wrote A Knight's Tale girl! Count Adhemar fic (or at least the beginning of it) and have spent a happy afternoon modifying it, adding bits to it until I now have over 3000 words. It's currently Adhemar/Edward (not graphic [yet]), and rated PG-13, and cracky as hell, and is here
