Sam's life is just one giant punch in the gut sometimes. It's sort of hilariously sad: the Anti-Christ feeling bad about indirectly doing all this and unable to deal. I can just imagine Dean trying to crack a joke about it because he's awesome, and then just comforting Sam.

Throw in Castiel being totally baffled by all this FEELING going on and I'd be a happy camper.

Well, that and if Castiel gets some weird quirks like watching the Tyra Show. Delivered by Misha's deadpan and a scene where he makes sure Sam and Dean take their Zoloft and I think I might lose it.
