IMPORTANT QUESTION: Has it been answered if doppplegangers are EXACTLY identical? Like, we know Elena and Katherine share everything down to their flawless hair, but do they have the same allergies? The same fingerprints? Obviously they share the same ridiculous metabolism.

I ALREADY SHIP THEM, MY FRIEND. Have for awhile. Probably ever since she saw him coming out of Jenna's room half-naked and eyed him up and down. Well, that's when I was like, "Oh yeah, she wants to do him," but after Jenna died I think I legitimately started shipping them, especially after the ep where he was possessed by Klaus and actually got to do something with the inappropriate chemistry that he has with Elena.

OH MY GOD YOUR ICON. ELENA AND ALARIC ARE TOTALLY BUFFY AND GILES. OMG. HOW DID I NOT SEE THIS WHAT EVEN.

IT'S NOT MY FAULT THEN, I WAS A YOUNG INNOCENT WHEN I ACCIDENTALLY BABY DUCK IMPRINTED ON BUFFY/GILES.

I think I'm remembering I shipped Elena/Alaric, but I guess I forgot. I don't know how I did because I was rewatching S2 and DAMNNNNN. And this season is even worse/better with it. At least there's a decent amount of fic and during the live watches at ontd vampire diaries everybody is lol'ing with me at how married they are. Except tumblr is making it so difficult. I HATE TUMBLR. GOD. WHY CAN'T I JUST SEARCH FOR ALARIC/ELENA WHAT IS THIS FORCED USE OF PORTMANTEAU NAMES I HATTTE THEMMMM.
