New Song for the New Album

Ok so I wrote a song for my lady Marissa for V-Day.

Any feedback would be appreciated because I want to make it as horribly-fantasticly-aweful as possible.
Note: it's not as sickening as the beginning would seem things switch up 1/3 of the way through or so.

well i busted out the accoustic guitar for this one but i have no clue what tuning it is. I just tuned it to sound how i liked it.
