For future reference, from one of the newbs, if/since we're not supposed to reveal either our roles or anyone else's, how can we vouch for people to others? Or is vouching itself not supposed to happen either (because talk is cheap anyway)? I was stumped how to defend my certainty about other people without doing it and I apologize for being part of how it just kind of snowballed. I'm not even sure who started it and I'm not meaning to point fingers. Just, tips from vets on how to handle it in the future?
Usually you just build a case for innocent behaviors. You know in your head for your reference but usually the only real vouching is dead masons or a dead seer. And they may choose to keep that quiet since it does make confirmed innocents targets. If there is no suspicion, they are night kills. I was serious as Red with thanks for suspicion because it usually can keep me alive. lol. When I'm not evil.
Yeah I have to say I was a little surprised when y'all killed me instead of letting the Cissa/Denna showdown fester and distract the innocents for a bit longer. It seemed like people were largely trusting me, then when she came out as the healer it made me look like an undead douchebag ;)
I want to play an assassin sometime now and be part of the puppetmastery goodness.
As Red/Morgan said. Usually you just give things you've seen that make you think innocent. So with Axl, the fact he was bold and talkative and willing todo things rather than follow. Or for Arya, the reason she would havehad to be Judas is Day 1 two assassins voted for her, giving her a quicklead on a day where it iseasy for anyone to be lynched. No way was she an assassin on Day 1. Or if someone had been suspecting me or Red a lot and ended up getting us lynched, that would have been a very unlikely sacrifice, so that person would likely be innocent.
As you play more, you tend to learn the things that make someone more likely to be an assassin or an innocent. Such as Axl's/Janey's case against Alana. Often when someone shows up and is immediately defensive (often overly so) they often have an important role. Thistends to be an assassin. Although I've inadvertently gotten seers lynched with this method as an innocent. it tookme 4-6 games to startpickiing up on things, so I'm impressed with how far you already are
