Occurences in the dusky city

Tired to death today, because last night my co-workers and I hit up a duck restaurant, a bar, and finally my first experience of K-TV (Chinese Karaoke booths). I did some justice to Hotel California, Yellow Submarine, and--I'm embarassed to admit, let me say that the English-language choices were a bit limited--a few Backstreet Boys songs before ( Read more... )

Hello,

My name is Lisa Brenneise, I was just looking on line to see how many Brenneise's I could find. I'm married into this name so I'm really doing the research for my husband. We have been recently emailed by another Brenneise and so far we believe we are related. I was just wondering if you have family in Tennessee. My husband's family is from California but some moved to Tennessee. I was just wondering. Please email back at brenneise3@hotmail.com.
Thanks, Lisa Brenneise

Hi Lisa, good to hear from a relative I haven't met. I'm derived from the California Brenneises as well, although the rest of the immediately family is now spread between California, Michigan, and China. I don't know of any other Brenneises in Tennessee. I'll send you an email with some contact information for various other members of the family.

questions about teaching abroad wobby7 April 12 2007, 19:46:05 UTC
Hi Bruce,

This is Amy's sister, Robyn. I hope you actually read these comments. Anyway, I want to teach abroad next year, and I was wondering if I could ask you some questions about your experience. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to write my email on here (isn't that how you get on spam lists?) but it's my first then my last name (no underscores or anything) at gmail.com. I know you had a falling out with Amy, and I'm sorry about that, but I'd be really grateful if I could ask a few questions (i.e., what program do you teach for, do you have health care, etc.).

Hopefully I'll hear from you soon! I'm happy to hear you're having a good year.

Robyn

Yeah, no problem, Robyn. I'm always happy to help people get themselves abroad. I'll send you an email. I think I actually might have been the one who sent you the gmail invite in the first place (at Amy's behest), so your address might already be in there.
