It rained this morning while I was out running. I started to think about the flooding. My friends in the Saratoga area, some still without power. I began wondering if they were also getting rained on...followed by racing worry, worry, worry

It's so hard not to worry when things like flooding are all too possible. Hopefully you're doing well "living in the moment"--I know I certainly have difficulties with that!

It's so much harder then it sounds! And I happen to be terrible at it but working on it.
