That's a fascinating and creative portrait. I really like it's interesting balance.

He is very talented. If you haven't, go to his website and look at his other work. www.arielvargassal.com He is such a stickler for detail. Though you probably can't see it, Mark has a chickenpox scar between his eyes and it's there!!! Just wish the fish wasn't so big. But thanks

Cool painting. I like it. It's an interesting perspective used, with Mark more toward the right of the frame and looking up as if looking up to you. I understand what you mean about the fish but it also balances out the frame and probably doesn't stand out as much when you have both paintings together.

Thanks Janet. Ariel is so good. He's having a show sometime this year and I am hoping to be able to make it out there to see it. He's a really nice fella as well.

Aww, Mark! I love how he's looking upward.

That is a big fish though :)

Hope all is well with ya, mama!

This mama is hoping to get out your way sometime this year. david is trying to decide whether he wants to live in NYC or LA. He's in LA this week and just can't make up his mind. I want him home. But I do hope I get out there to see you again. I've got a break from work this week so I am going to enjoy it as much as possible. Hope you are well.
