Update on 03/05:Okay, folks, I have everything portioned out for everyone, and am just getting started on packaging. Today's the first day since Monday that I've been well enough to fully function like a human being :( I am powering through the bubblewrapping here, and am hoping to get these folks in the mailbox tonight--but it might not happen. I have a craft fair first thing in the morning that I really need to prepare for too. Worst case scenario, these guys go in the mailbox tomorrow and get picked up by the mailman first thing Monday morning. Thanks for your patience, and sorry about the few days' delay!
Update on 03/02 @11PM: YAY! Just finished decanting everything. I'm still planning on shipping it all out on Thursday.
Update on 03/01: I received the rest of the order on 02/25. I'm almost through decanting--just have the chocolates left to go--but have had to take a couple days' break due to a bad cough/cold. I'm hoping I'll be able to get the decanting finished today, though, and can start on packaging after that. I'm hoping to have everything shipped on or before Thursday, health allowing.
Update on 02/20 @ 10pm: I received a CnS for the second half of the order today! The first half was received yesterday when I returned from vacation. I just finished making the labels today and will start on decanting tomorrow. Thanks everyone!
Update on 02/15 @ 6PM: I received a CnS for the first half of this order today! Signups are now closed. I'm going to be out of town for the next 3 days, so hopefully the package will be here when I return! I will start decanting right away but will probably not be shipping any packages until I receive the other half of the order. I don't think anyone's order contains stuff from just this shipment anyway :) Thanks everyone!

Fine Print:
NOTE: Please be aware that the turnaround for the Lab, from when the order is placed to when I receive it, can be in excess of a month. It can take me anywhere from 1-10 days (maybe more if it's a big circle) to get them decanted and shipped. I do my very best to get decants sent out with time to spare, but nevertheless, I cannot 100% guarantee that they'll arrive in time to sniff and order from the Lab.
SHIPPING: Shipping within the US or Canada for this circle will be $2.25 for a up-to-1oz package and $0.25 extra for every ounce thereafter, up to 10oz for the US or 8oz for Canada. After that I'll have to look it up for ya. 8 imps = 1oz, and 1 5mL = .9oz, regardless of fullness. I'll do delivery confirmation (only available in the US) for free, but only if you ask. I will ship anywhere in the world; for a 1oz package it's usually only $0.25 more than domestic shipping, but I will double-check for you before I give you a total. If you want insurance, ask me--pricing is based on your order's total, and is usually about $1-2.
FEEDBACK: My bpal_feedback is here. I'm "panavatar" on the forums. I've been doing decant circles since 2005. I am very bad at remembering to leave feedback for people so please feel free to ask me if you want me to leave it for you.
EXTRA BPAL ITEMS: If you would like for me to throw in any extra stuff to my order from the Lab, I will be happy to do so, and it will usually be the price of the item, plus possibly $0.25-$0.50 extra cents shipping.
PACKAGING: I use Lab-sized vials. Although I use recycled materials whenever possible, I generally use brand-new bubble mailers for convenience on my end. I'd really appreciate it if you could try and reuse the mailers you get from me for future swaps or other mailing needs. All of your stuff will be wrapped in more padding too. I've recently started using Teflon tape on my decants--it seems to help my ability to check slow leaks.
LABELS: I use Lab-sized imp labels. I handwrite the name of the scent on one end and "BPAL" on the other end. I try to make my labels both attractive and functional.
FREEBIES: I almost always include freebies with my packages unless I'm totally out of anything. Feel free to request an empty bottle from this circle, but please be aware that unless I'm ordering multiple bottles of that scent, I can't 100% guarantee you'll get it, and I won't know for sure until I've actually finished decanting. (The spaces for that bottle might not fill, or I might end up needing to keep it for myself.) If you order a bottle and a decant from that bottle, I will send the decant in the bottle unless you request otherwise.
PAYMENT: I accept any kind of Paypal, but I respectfully request you cover my fees for the transaction. (I get charged fees for all sales.) I use this calculator to determine what those fees will be. Update on 03/02 @11PM: YAY! Just finished decanting everything. I'm still planning on shipping it all out on Thursday.
Update on 03/01: I received the rest of the order on 02/25. I'm almost through decanting--just have the chocolates left to go--but have had to take a couple days' break due to a bad cough/cold. I'm hoping I'll be able to get the decanting finished today, though, and can start on packaging after that. I'm hoping to have everything shipped on or before Thursday, health allowing.

NOTE: Please be aware that the turnaround for the Lab, from when the order is placed to when I receive it, can be in excess of a month. It can take me anywhere from 1-10 days (maybe more if it's a big circle) to get them decanted and shipped. I do my very best to get decants sent out with time to spare, but nevertheless, I cannot 100% guarantee that they'll arrive in time to sniff and order from the Lab.
SHIPPING: Shipping within the US or Canada for this circle will be $2.25 for a up-to-1oz package and $0.25 extra for every ounce thereafter, up to 10oz for the US or 8oz for Canada. After that I'll have to look it up for ya. 8 imps = 1oz, and 1 5mL = .9oz, regardless of fullness. I'll do delivery confirmation (only available in the US) for free, but only if you ask. I will ship anywhere in the world; for a 1oz package it's usually only $0.25 more than domestic shipping, but I will double-check for you before I give you a total. PACKAGING: I use Lab-sized vials. Although I use recycled materials whenever possible, I generally use brand-new bubble mailers for convenience on my end. I'd really appreciate it if you could try and reuse the mailers you get from me for future swaps or other mailing needs. All of your stuff will be wrapped in more padding too. I've recently started using Teflon tape on my decants--it seems to help my ability to check slow leaks.
LABELS: I use Lab-sized imp labels. I handwrite the name of the scent on one end and "BPAL" on the other end. I try to make my labels both attractive and functional.
FREEBIES: I almost always include freebies with my packages unless I'm totally out of anything. Feel free to request an empty bottle from this circle, but please be aware that unless I'm ordering multiple bottles of that scent, I can't 100% guarantee you'll get it, and I won't know for sure until I've actually finished decanting. (The spaces for that bottle might not fill, or I might end up needing to keep it for myself.) If you order a bottle and a decant from that bottle, I will send the decant in the bottle unless you request otherwise.
