CoCo train 2017!

I decided a few weeks ago that this would be a good year to attend Costume College!  I am really excited, but almost absolutely dumbfounded on what to bring/wear/ or make.  I don't know if I've ever experienced this level of mental block, but it is frustrating since I'm so short on time
