i work in the kitchen of a pizza place(we also have dine-in) but i agree with all of this. in most places i down 3 or 4 glasses befor they even get to me order. i didnt realize how hard they had it till i get me job (i only 14). in the lil over a month that weve been open the most of the delay is from the kitchen

This is really very stupid, this post makes me think that I should be privileged to be eating at your eatery when in reality you are competing for my business, you are lucky to be having me as a customer. If you service sucks I will go someplace else, there are plenty of places to get food. You have to please me and tips are not automatic, if I was willing to pay extra money for something then it better be worth extra money. You may need my tips to pay your bills but I need my money to pay my bills also so I am not going to part with it so easily. 18% tips? your outta your mind, go to another country, lets say Australia where a waiter/waitress will only see a tip when it is earned so for you to demand 18% is disrespectful to me.
