It's been a while since I've made a real update, largely because I am so lazy and lack the motivation to write anything. My mum got back from her trip today and noticed that I had lost a good amount of weight (15 lbs) in less than a week. She thought I hadn't been eating, but I have ate so much lately. Oh wow, I sure would love to lose 15 lbs! But in less than a week? that's not healthy, Lisa, you're going to get very tired if you keep losing weight so fast!

I have been eating healthful foods though. Lots of protein and veggies. I've just cut out lots of artificial sugar, but I still eat lots of fruit. As long as I am eating a balanced diet, I think I will do well. I'm not starving myself by any means though.
