Anything For You, My Lord...

A student just submitted a graduation application with the first name of "Lord." Interesting. I thought the kid might have "interesting" parents. Nope, not his legal name. He just wants to be called Lord on his diploma. That ain't happening.......

I'm going out on a limb her but perhaps this kid has a God complex. This is just a wild guess.

Yeah I was thinking that, too, but then I saw that he was a writing major. Laura and Alyssa disregard that last comment... ;o)

Ha ha.

Did you ever see The Daily Show ep. where the guy had changed his name to God? They showed his driver's license just reading "God," and videotaped him stepping in a puddle while the voiceover said, "He walks on water..."

A little rock trivia: Grace Slick (of Jefferson Airplane) named her baby God. Forever imprinted in my mind is her holding little God upside down by an ankle. I believe that picture was on the cover of Life or Look or something other than Rolling Stone.

I'm thinking that Grace had it going on long before Brittany. Somehow people weren't outraged. 'course back then, we hadn't even thought of seat belts and all the shit parents have to use these days. We only thought about LOVE, and prayed that it was indeed free. At least I did, since I had no bread$

Wow that's pretty crazy (both the name and the baby dangling)!

Was the last name Voldemort...?

You're always trying to ruin everyone's fun.

Boo.
