It's not that it got bad honey - it's that we're all still in mourning from losing it so abruptly and too soon.
If you made it to the season break, you've only got five episodes to go, and the series finale is the most perfect finale we could have ever hoped for. I'm not a huge fan of 5x11 (The Low Low Price Job), but I would definitely keep going at this point.
No, the finale was *amazing* and you should definitely watch it. Just be glad you missed all the ominous rumours John Rogers was spreading about Nate dying - lying through his teeth, of course.
It was fine, like the others said, definitely finish out the series. I actually thought it was a really good sendoff, and I'm probably in the minority that thought it was the right place to end it. Credulity and invention were showing signs of being strained; to me, it seemed like Rogers&co told the story they wanted to tell, and ended it where they wanted to end it. I'm personally glad they didn't milk the premise past what it could stand. But then, I recognise that not everyone feels this way, and I sympathise!
And good to see you back! Missed you around here. :)
And they were allowed to do it in exactly the way they'd envisioned. The writers must be really happy about that, too. A screwed-up finale can taint a whole series.
It can! So many things go out on a whimper. A bang is better, for my buck! They're doing much better than White Collar, which has been tying itself in knots trying to maintain the dynamic of the original premise, it's actually painful to watch. :/

It's the only way you're going to get closure.
