After two absentee ballot requests and the whole run around, one ballot arrived... at the place where I am NOT at, not where I am now. Reason concludes if I am registered at Miami-Dade county, and I am apply for an ABSENTEE request, that I will not be in Miami-Dade county. If I will not be in Miami-Dade county and the excuse is "away for school"
