So I got to reading some old LJ entries, and was thinking "Boy, this is pretty cool to read about what I was doing 5 years ago!" The problem is that 5 years from now, I will have no record of what I was doing, since I didn't bother to update. So... here's an update!

All I can say is that I haven't felt the sheer drama of a football game for quite some time as much as I felt tonight's Chargers vs. Colts game. So here I am coming to you for the first time from fabulous Pacific Beach!

Within my first 24 hours of living here, I got my bike stolen out of my garage! Nice!

Other than that, it's been pretty cool though... just wait until the 4th...

Since Monday, June 2, I have been to 3 professional baseball games, 1 international soccer game, and played in 1 work-sponsored softball game.

I cannot remember the last time I went to bed before midnight.

So I can now check being stuck in a elevator off of my list of life accomplishments. Just over 30 minutes seems like about 4 hours when you force fit 16 people into about 80 square feet (though we were well below the elevator's posted maximum occupancy of 21 people or 3500 pounds). Here it is, quarter to 10pm on a Sunday night in San Diego.
It's about 80 degrees outside, 85 or so inside.
I have all the windows in my apartment open.
I still smell like salt water, beach sand, and sunscreen.

Summer is here, and I love it.
