So a word to the wise. Or, in my case, a lesson learned from a bad life choice. Never, ever go flying out the door after taking a shower, when it's -10 degrees outside, no matter how late you are, unless you blow dry your hair first. Seriously. Trust me on this one.

Yeah, that was a huge duh on my part. Thanks--that's Evan, son of our office assistant at work. Dressed as Tigger for Halloween. He's my godkid or something like that. He calls me Aunt Linda now, so I guess that makes us family!

Something like that! I was in one of those 'Git-R-Done' manic modes, late for work and didn't even think about it--just flew out the door to start the car to let it warm up. It's been freaky cold lately. And today the city has closed off the water in my building due to some line problem somewhere. So we have to go out in the fuhreezzzing cold to find bathrooms elsewhere. What a day! I can't wait to get home, snuggle up with the kitty and read my book. Where it's warm and cozy! How're you doing there? What's the Cornwall weather like now? Any snow at all or just rain?

We have had a lot of weather lately!! There has been lots of rain, so much so that the fields are waterlogged and water is pouring down the lanes like little rivers! Today was dry and sunny, that's more like it :o)

Oh i've done this, so I know what you're talking about. It's a good way to get sick, or at least get a nice stiff neck! :(
