Does anyone know any clubs that play good techno and/or techno remixes? There's a really good one in Jacksonville called Eclipse and I haven't been able to find something similar here. Then again I haven't done a lot of looking. If some one could point me in the right direction I'd be grateful. =) I've had the urge lately to go dancing.

As far as I know, the closest you can find here is the gay bar. I have been wanting to get to some techno or jazz places around town, and I don't know of any!

... I think there at least was a jazz place at one point but I dunno if it's still around, or where.

It's not techno, but Market Street has goth nights on Saturdays for some good industrial. I like it. And there are some interesting characters there. Might be worth checking out.

True. I know the feeling. I heard there's a 'techno room' in one of the huge (disgusting) clubs- 8 seconds or something. I'll have to ask my bouncer friend again. I was interested in going, but I don't know about braving the crowd of obnoxious people who frequent those.
