Yeah, life's OK. I have been relocated to Nashua, NH. I have another daughter, 8 months old. I have somehow been transmorgified into the sort of 50's suburban housewife that the Plaths and Sextons warned us wimmins about. I'm still trying to figure out if it's a good thing or a bad thing.
nashua sounds like a great place. less isolated, but still not far from your folks. and i hope better internet connectivity. tell us what's going on with the babies and all!
We do have excellent online capabilities! :) Screaming fiber optics, which is exciting. We eventually got DSL in Maine, but it took a loooonnng time.
The babies are doing well. My first born is all grown up--she turns 3 next week and thinks she's in her twenties. My youngest is developing very quickly. Both girls adore each other--so much for the notion that toddlers resent younger siblings. Maddie can't get enough of her!
That's enough kids for us--one of us is getting snipped before the end of the year. ;)
Hello hello! I think of you whenever i see a coot. Glad to hear your joy increases. I'd posit (but i don't really have any standing on this) that if you can worry about what Plath and Sexon warned, you haven't turned into what they've warned about.
How are you doing? Man I miss Bay Area food. Do me a favor and go eat some Mexican food. (drools) Because trust me, it is a rare and wonderful thing. As is fresh produce.
