This has been a great series so far. How many more illustrations are in it?

there were originally going to be 4, but with the break-neck speed of this summer class I'm only going to be able to get these three done.

I've got to spend the next 2 weeks adapting a Donald Westlake book as if for an animated feature.

That's a shame. The life of Theseus is probably the best saga in all of Greek mythology. You could do 100 illustrations and still not hit all of the high points.

For example, a series of six illustrations showing the Six Labors of Theseus would be great.

Or Theseus and Amphitrite.

Or Ariadne on Naxos.

I mean, most of these stories have been pretty well covered by artists throughout history, but mythological scenes are always good for reinterpretation.
