I guess I've decided to use this thing for its intended purpose for a change; not just to vent, but rather to pose a question and see what others think. The question pertains to which sense, smell or sound, that is closest tied to memory. You were probably better off just skipping Mongebob's class that morning. We either didn't have that vocab quiz, had a completely different quiz, watched a video or had a substitute show us her inventions. And to answer your question, I definitely associate sounds with people and events more than I do smells. The only thing a smell ever reminds me of is my mom baking. Sounds remind you of so much more, for example, listening to a band and remembering a concert you saw them at, or listening to a song you know is a friend's favorite song and then thinking about them as a result.

I dunno guys, I think that smell definitely has sound out done. After all, smell allows you to know who is coming from behind you when they're quiet, and allows you to know when supper is done. MMMMMMMMMMM................Bacon
