Training for Boston Marathon is going awesome. Saturday morning I planned to run 20 miles, but ended up running 24 miles (about 38km) because I felt so good. Didn't stop for food or water either. Maybe it's the cool weather. The race is in four weeks!

05 mar: 15 miles
12 mar: 21 miles
19 mar: 17 miles
i'm planning my final 20 miler next weekend. i'm probably going to run the marathon at an easy 3:20-3:30 overall finish time, which is by design. i feel strong and injury-free right now. i'm so goddamn excited about next month... can't wait!
